Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive IT User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations for end users. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
- Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
- Good communication skills
- Arabic is a plus
