  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, etc.) to support banking operations.
  • Drive ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Ensure ITSM solutions comply with banking industry regulations, security policies, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application teams to streamline service workflows.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to track SLA/OLA compliance and improve service delivery.
  • Automate routine service management tasks to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring IT issues.
  • Train and guide IT staff on ITSM processes, tools, and compliance standards.
  • Support IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements for internal and external audits.
  • Drive continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives in alignment with business and customer needs.
