Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Team Lead, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers, oversee high-quality Java development, and ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities include designing system architectures, reviewing code, mentoring team members, conducting regular progress assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
• Strong expertise in Java development, including experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
