Java Technical Lead

Experience Required: 10+ years

Technical Leadership: Lead a team of Java developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.

Architecture & Design: Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Development & Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while overseeing the development lifecycle.

Code Reviews & Optimization: Conduct peer code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Cloud & DevOps Integration: Work with AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Mentoring & Training: Guide junior developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and enforce best development practices.

Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring system reliability and stability.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Java (JDK 8+) with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA) and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).

Solid understanding of multithreading, design patterns, and distributed system architecture.

Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) is a plus.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a bonus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex applications.

Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor and manage a development team.
