Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a #Sales_specialist (Gold Seller) for our #new_branch located in Jeddah . The Gold Seller will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing jewelry and gold bullion. This role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage sales transactions efficiently. The Gold Seller will provide information about gold products, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Job Description:

  • Assisting the branch manager in achieving the required sales target.
  • Selling and Purchasing gold to customers.
  • Welcoming customers inside the branch, showcasing the company's products, and meeting their needs.
  • Arranging and organizing merchandise within the branch.
  • Creating sales and purchase invoices, and handling receipts and disbursements through the system.
  • Ensuring the merchandise is secure within the branch and preventing any shortages.
  • Assisting the branch manager in reconciling gold inventories.
  • Helping the branch manager in rotating and relocating merchandise within the branch.
  • Assisting the branch manager in semi-annual and annual inventory checks and reorganizing merchandise in the branch afterward.
  • Performing any other tasks related to daily work responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience from 2:5 years at jewelry, money exchange or luxury retail .
  • From Jeddah or near place
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Very good using on Microsoft office
