Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Cloud Administrator to design, implement, and scale MultiBank Group's enterprise Atlassian ecosystem. The role requires deep technical expertise across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie, Jira Product Discovery, Rovo, Atlas, Compass, and Atlassian Guard. You will support Agile development teams, IT operations, and product teams by building workflows, automations, integrations, and governance frameworks that enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and scale Atlassian Cloud tools including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie, Jira Product Discovery, Rovo, and Atlassian Guard.
- Implement Jira Service Management projects including:
- Custom request types, SLAs, queues
- Workflow, Permission, Notification, Field Configuration, Issue Security and Screen Schemes
- Customer Portal configuration
- Opsgenie alerting and on-call routing
- ITIL v4 alignment for Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Implement and support Jira Product Discovery for product teams (workflows, prioritization, insights, roadmaps).
- Support development teams using Jira Software with Agile configurations: sprint planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, and board customization.
- Build reports and dashboards using EazyBI, Jira gadgets, and advanced JQL.
- Configure advanced workflows using conditions, validators, and post-functions.
- Design and maintain Atlassian Automations for operational efficiency (notifications, user ops, ticket routing).
- Build and maintain ScriptRunner Groovy scripts to extend Jira functionality and automate processes.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Freshdesk.
- Manage integrations via REST APIs and webhooks, including payload configuration, authentication, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Atlassian Guard (Access) for SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, and security policies.
- Maintain documentation, governance standards, and internal knowledge bases in Confluence.
- Train and support internal teams on Atlassian tool usage and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud products in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience building and scaling Jira and Confluence environments from scratch.
- Strong ITIL background with experience implementing Jira Service Management for ITSM operations.
- Solid experience with Opsgenie alerting, routing, escalation, and integrations.
- Practical experience implementing and supporting Jira Product Discovery.
- Strong background supporting Agile development teams using Jira Software.
- Advanced reporting with EazyBI, dashboards, and custom JQL.
- Extensive experience with Atlassian Automation for Cloud (JSON, smart values).
- Experience with Atlassian Guard (SSO, MFA, SCIM, user lifecycle management).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, scripting (Groovy, JSON, Python), and integration development.
