JIRA Developer - ITSM

Nair Systems is currently looking for JIRA Developer - ITSM for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and permissions.

Develop Jira automation rules and integrations with internal systems.

Implement ITSM processes (Incidents, Requests, Changes) within Jira.

Build dashboards and reports for IT and business stakeholders.

Support process digitalisation and workflow optimisation across departments.

Troubleshoot Jira issues and ensure platform stability and performance.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into Jira solutions.

SharePoint development experience is an added value
