Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering daily responsibilities that align with the company's goals and services. The selected candidate will contribute to operational, strategic, or customer-facing activities to ensure the smooth running of insurance processes. Specific tasks may include client support, data analysis, handling insurance applications, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Analytical thinking and data analysis abilities
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Understanding of the regulatory environment governing insurance and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• The ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
• Knowledge of the local UAE insurance market is an advantage
• Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Arabic is beneficial
• 30 years and above
