Job Vacancy: Restaurant Manager
Dear Viewers,
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily sales & incoming reports
- Track income vs. expenditures (basic accounting)
- Manage inventory checks & cost tracking
- Oversee restaurant systems & operations
- Manage delivery platforms (Talabat, Keeta, Deliveroo, Jehez, etc.)
- Add new items, edit existing ones
- Manage modifiers & options
- Schedule manpower & shifts
- Monitor overall restaurant performance
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality
- Strong leadership & communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Knowledge of accounting, inventory, and food safety
- Familiarity with delivery platforms & restaurant systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
