We are looking for aProcurement Officerto join our growing joinery factory in Ajman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase raw materials, hardware, accessories, and tools
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Ensure quality, quantity, and timely supply
- Maintain supplier database and records
- Coordinate with production and project teams
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages
Requirements:
- Minimum2 years experiencein procurement (Joinery / Fit-out / Manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of suppliers and materials in UAE market
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
- English required (Arabic is a plus)
