Project Manager - Joinery
Function: Project Execution
Reports to: Operations / Management
Role Purpose:
Deliver joinery projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project kickoff & scope review
- Prepare project execution & installation plans
- Coordinate Design, Production & Procurement
- Manage site installation teams
- Client & consultant communication
- Identify, price & report variations
- Monitor progress, quality & safety
- Snag closure & project handover
Deliverables:
- Project programs
- Weekly progress reports
- Variation logs
- Completion & handover reports
KPIs:
- On-time delivery
- Budget adherence
- Client satisfaction
- Variation recovery
Requirements:
- 5+ years joinery / fit-out project management
- Strong coordination & leadership skills
