Project Manager - Joinery

Function: Project Execution

Reports to: Operations / Management

Role Purpose:

Deliver joinery projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project kickoff & scope review
  • Prepare project execution & installation plans
  • Coordinate Design, Production & Procurement
  • Manage site installation teams
  • Client & consultant communication
  • Identify, price & report variations
  • Monitor progress, quality & safety
  • Snag closure & project handover

Deliverables:

  • Project programs
  • Weekly progress reports
  • Variation logs
  • Completion & handover reports

KPIs:

  • On-time delivery
  • Budget adherence
  • Client satisfaction
  • Variation recovery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years joinery / fit-out project management
  • Strong coordination & leadership skills
