We're Hiring: Junior Account Manager (Logistics / 3PL)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our growing logistics and 3PL team.

This role is ideal for candidates early in their career who are eager to learn and grow within the

logistics industry.

Role Overview

The Junior Account Manager will support the management of existing client accounts, coordinate

with internal teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams.
• Support quotations, reports, and service updates.
• Help resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in account management, customer service, or logistics.
• Fluency in Arabic & English Language is a must.
• Exposure to logistics / 3PL / supply chain is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
