We're looking for an Account Executive to join a dynamic creative agency known for developing bold, impactful, and effective campaigns. From digital and social media to PR, activations, events, and design, we integrate all disciplines into one seamless experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within an agency environment. You will support the Integrated Account Manager in managing client accounts, coordinating integrated campaigns, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high creative standard.
Core Responsibilities:
Client & Account Support
- Support the Integrated Account Manager in day-to-day client communication and account management.
- Assist in taking client briefs, preparing meeting notes, and following up on actions and deliverables.
- Help maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable support.
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Assist in the execution of integrated campaigns across social, digital, PR, activations, events, and traditional marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, production, digital) to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple projects.
Content & Social Support
- Support the development of content calendars and campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist in gathering performance data and preparing reports for internal review and client presentations.
Project Management & Administration
- Help manage budgets, estimates, and invoicing support in coordination with the Integrated Account Manager.
- Maintain organized documentation, status trackers, and project files.
- Flag potential issues or delays early and support problem-solving efforts.
Reporting & Presentations
- Assist in preparing campaign reports, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Support performance analysis and help compile insights and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Agency experience in account management, project coordination, or client servicing.
- Basic understanding of integrated campaigns, including social media, digital, content, and activations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Good writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Confidence working with internal teams and supporting client-facing activities.
- A proactive, adaptable team player with a keen interest in creative storytelling and brand campaigns.
- Experience across industries such as fashion, real estate, FMCG, cosmetics, or lifestyle is a plus.
