About Us:
Aliving Holiday Homes is a fast-growing hospitality and property management company specializing in premium short-term rental experiences across Dubai. We are expanding our finance team and are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and payment schedules
- Support month-end closing activities
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Follow up on outstanding payments from guests, vendors, and partners
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial data
- Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and approvals
- Assist the senior accountant and finance manager with reports and audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 12 years of accounting experience (hospitality/real estate experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
