ABCGO Business Solutions is a fast-growing European-Indian company providing accounting, payroll and business process services to clients across Europe. We operate from Poland and India and are building a long-term team in India that will support international business operations.

This is not a short-term outsourcing project. We are building our long-term operations in India and are looking for people who want to grow with the company over the coming years.

Who Are We Looking For

This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in Kolkata or other locations in Eastern India. You will support European clients and gain hands-on experience in international accounting, payroll and finance while working with teams in both India and Poland.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in final semester) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Good spoken and written English (B2 level or above).
• Proficiency in Excel and computer tools
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn EU (especially Polish) accounting practices
• Candidates should be based in Kolkata or Eastern India and be available for full-time remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in our IT systems
• Assist with payroll and tax calculations
• Participate in team meetings and regular training
• Prepare financial reports and verify client data
• Learn regulations applicable to EU-based companies
• Support month-end accounting activities.
• Communicate with colleagues in Poland regarding accounting tasks.
