Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations by maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, performing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

• Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank, vendor and general ledger account reconciliations under supervision.
• Invoice Processing: Verify, code and process supplier and vendor invoices for payment.
• Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized, complete and audit-ready financial documentation.
• Month-End Close Support: Assist with journal entries, accruals and closing schedules.
• Reporting Support: Prepare basic reports and extract data to support the wider finance team.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience; internship or training experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar) is preferred.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and willingness to learn.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.
