As an employee of our company, you will collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate records and smooth financial operations. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive member of staff with
0–2 years of experience in accounting or a finance-related role.
You will report directly to your
Accounting Manager and collaborate with other departments when needed to support company-wide financial accuracy. This is a
full-time, on-site position based in our
Nasr City Branch, with
working hours from Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This position is both
precise and dependable by nature — you need to be comfortable working with numbers, systems, and deadlines. We expect the candidate to be proactive, organized, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations and data entry
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Handling Vendor & Customer Accounts
- Support in Preparing Reports
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience using Odoo or similar ERP system
- Familiarity with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling
- Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting department
- Strong analytical skills
