About the Role
Support architectural design and site execution across residential and commercial developments at 1XL Infra and Real Estate Development LLC. You will prepare drawings, coordinate with consultants, and ensure construction aligns with approved plans and UAE regulations.

- Deliver accurate drawings aligned with authority standards
- Ensure site work matches approved designs
- Maintain coordination across consultants and contractors
- Meet timelines without compromising design quality
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and layouts
- Develop 2D and 3D designs with walkthrough presentations
- Support residential and commercial project planning
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve on site technical issues
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and safety standards
- Support interior concepts, material selection, and execution follow up
- Assist in managing project timelines and consultant coordination
- Monitor quality and highlight risks or delays to management
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE or Gulf experience preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of planning, materials, and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
