We are seeking a JuniorArchitect Engineer with Rivet experience to support the development of architectural models,drawings, and construction documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare construction documentation (plans, sections, elevations, details).
- Support coordination with engineering and consultant teams.
- Identify and report drawing inconsistencies or technical issues.
- Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings when required.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and local codes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 12 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (models, families, sheets).
- Experience on residential or mixed-use projects is preferred.
- Good coordination, communication, and time management skills.
