All applicants must share their design-portfolio to the following email: ([Confidential Information]), with appropriate resolution for browsing, clearly showing the applicant's work in detail for all design components through all process phases.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- The whole design aspects for projects, while meeting the challenging delivry-dates.
- Fulfilling the project brief and client requirements and needs.
- Abiding to building codes & regulations.
- Creating compliance reports for building codes & regulations.
- Efficiently communicating and coordinating with inner & outer stakeholders.
- Conducting site analysis & studies and summarize the study findings in a site-visit report, and portrait the design process in diagrammatic illustrations.
- Developing design concepts using design-based methodologic procedures.
- Creating detailed plans, sections, elevations & 3D visualization renders for the project.
- Presenting drawings and project data for approval.
- Compiling needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports.
- Studying the environmental impacts of the construction process and work to mitigate any environmental risks.
- Aiding in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project.
- Working closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.
- Creating diagrammatic presentations for projects.
- Creating detailed presentations for projects.
- Following-up on approvals with related authorities.
- Efficiently collaborating with stakeholders in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Must be able to provide full architectural packages in Revit format.
- Has knowledge to prepare physical models if needed.
- Must be able to sketch free-handedly.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape ... Etc.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be highly knowledgeable with building codes, regulations & related subjects to projects legislations.
- Must have previous experience (from 1 to 5 years).
- Must be able to complete technical drawings that will be used to present a project for approval.
- Must have excellent people skills.
- Must have strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
- Must be a keen listener that is able to identify the needs of a project.
- A strong communicator is a necessity.
- Must show strong project management skills and be able to work in challenging deadlines.
- Must be a strong team player.
