Role and Responsibilities:

As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with our design team to bring creative visions to life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development of architectural concepts and designs.
  • Collaborating on drafting and detailing using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Creating compelling 3D visualizations using Lumion and other tools.
  • Contributing to design presentations and project documentation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and skill development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience in architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, MS Office, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in 3D, Sketch up and photoshop
  • Experience in bill of quantity and extracts
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
