The Junior Art Director will be a key member of our clients creative team, responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing compelling visual concepts that align with their brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative solutions.
Previous experience of working as an Art Director/Visual Designer is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative direction of projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders, to translate project briefs into impactful visual concepts.
- Develop and communicate innovative design concepts through sketches, storyboards, and mood boards to effectively convey ideas to the team and clients.
- Provide artistic direction and guidance to the design team, overseeing their work to ensure quality, consistency, and creative excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and iterate on design concepts accordingly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate implementation of design elements across various platforms, including print, digital, and multimedia.
