Junior BIM Architect

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of architectural designs, drawings, and models using Revit and other design software.
• Support the development and coordination of architectural design solutions for various projects.
• Prepare and maintain construction documentation, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that designs meet client requirements and comply with applicable codes and regulations.
• Conduct site analysis and assist with preparing reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate building systems into the design model.
• Perform quality control checks on Revit models and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other team members to resolve design issues.
• Contribute to project documentation and help maintain project files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with other BIM software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Strong skills in creating 2D and 3D drawings and models in Revit.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and construction techniques.
