Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BIM Architect/Modeler Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models (BIM) for a variety of architectural projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects..

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure model accuracy and clash detection
• Perform quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards, goals and best practices
• Prepare and present BIM-related reports and presentations
• Provide technical support to project teams on BIM-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications

• 1-3years of professional experience in BIM modeling and coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia/Gulf projects (is a must)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software
• Experience with clash detection and resolution
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with BIM 360 or similar cloud-based platforms (preferred)
