Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with design, supply chain, and retail teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Prepare campaign briefs and follow up with internal teams and external agencies.
- Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to support content creation and shoots.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms including social media, website, and retail stores.
- Support store openings, in-store campaigns, and brand activations.
- Assist with website content, product uploads, and digital marketing materials.
- Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, events, and PR activities.
- Track campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and prepare basic reports.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Design, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good aesthetic sense with interest in interior design, furniture, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Bonus: Experience in retail/lifestyle brands, photoshoot support, or basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
