We're looking for a commercially sharp, analytically confident and execution-driven Junior Brand Manager to help turn brand strategy into measurable performance.

This role is responsible for managing the full brand lifecycle from insight generation to campaign execution and performance optimisation.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with creative thinking and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management within FMCG or consumer-focused industries
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns and driving measurable brand growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, EPOS)
