Our client, an international organisation with a dynamic and collaborative work environment, is seeking a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join their Dubai-based team. This role is central to supporting strategic initiatives, delivering insight through data, and helping shape the direction of the business as it continues to expand its global presence.
Working closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Finance, Procurement, Technical, HR and ITyou will act as a vital link in identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, and ensuring the delivery of impactful business solutions.
This diverse position will involve contributing to business development efforts through research and analysis, supporting the budgeting process for new opportunities, and attending strategic meetings to provide insights and help prepare client-facing presentations. Your input will guide business strategy, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and the development of internal reporting tools and dashboards.
You'll also assist in financial reporting tasks and play an active role in cross-functional projects, contributing to both operational efficiency and long-term planning. The ability to communicate clearly, think critically, and work collaboratively across multiple departments is essential.
Requirements:
