We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding Yihai International's market presence in the UAE and surrounding regions, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our ambitious growth targets.

• Develop new sales channels and manage relationships with existing distributors to ensure effective distribution of products.
• Strategize and implement merchandising plans tailored to retail environments, optimizing product visibility and sales performance.
• Drive the promotion of new products through targeted marketing campaigns, promotional events, and collaborations with key stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough market research to gather insights into consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends, guiding strategic decision-making.
• Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and proactively seeking feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to streamline processes, optimize inventory management, and ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Adhere to instructions from superiors, contribute ideas and solutions to team objectives, and actively participate in achieving organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Business or Marketing or related qualification.

- 2-3 years of business development experience

- Must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese English and Arabic ,

- Excellence in Communication Skills, Customer Relationship Management Skills.

- Proficient in Computer Skills (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Editing Apps etc).

- Possess own transport with valid license.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, written and verbal communications skills.

Salary:

AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 as gross monthly income.
