Job Purpose:
Support the execution and monitoring of civil works on-site by assisting in technical coordination, inspections, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising day-to-day site civil activities.
- Review drawings and ensure site execution matches approved designs.
- Support in monitoring contractor work and progress on site.
- Conduct site inspections and report any deviations or issues.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
- Follow up on material deliveries and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings and technical submittals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures on site.
- Support in resolving minor technical issues under supervision.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of site activities.
- Participate in site meetings and provide updates when required
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job's specialty.
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 02 years of relevant experience.
