Junior Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Consultant Customs & Trade Advisory at Terminal Customs Consulting.

The Junior Consultant will support the consulting team in day-to-day operations related to customs audits, compliance reviews, and advisory engagements.

The role involves analyzing customs declarations, supporting audit assignments, preparing reports, assisting in client engagements, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world customs and trade operations and is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in customs consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing customs declarations and transaction data
• Support customs audit and compliance engagements
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and documentation
• Assist in identifying compliance gaps and potential risk areas
• Support communication with clients and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist senior consultants in ongoing projects and client deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, or related fields)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of customs and trade compliance
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 02 years of experience are encouraged to apply
