We're seeking a dynamic passionate about short-form video, storytelling, and fast execution. If you thrive on shooting, editing, and occasionally stepping in front of the camera to create authentic, platform-native content that resonates in the GCC, this role offers real creative impact in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn shorts, WhatsApp stories) that showcase product features, client wins, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Produce trend-aligned, platform-optimized content including quick explainers, testimonials, event highlights, kitchen/on-location shoots, and relatable brand narratives.
- Manage end-to-end creation: capture raw footage at events, kitchens, offices, or client sites and transform it into polished, story-driven pieces with strong pacing and hooks.
Appear on camera confidently when required hosting, explaining features, reacting to trends, or sharing stories with natural charisma.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead, designers, strategists, product teams, and performance marketers to ideate campaigns, build content calendars, and optimize for engagement.
- Translate F&B business insights, pain points, and cultural nuances into content that connects with diverse GCC audiences (buyers, suppliers, partners, investors).
- Uphold brand standards for visuals, tone, and consistency while adapting styles for different channels and targets.
- Deliver fast turnarounds without compromising quality, staying ahead of social trends to boost reach and performance.
- Support occasional client projects (e.g., branded assets or campaign content).
Experience:
- 25 years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Social Media Specialist, or similar (startup/tech/B2B experience highly valued).
- Native-level fluency in (spoken and written) critical for authentic regional storytelling.
- Proven expertise in mobile-first video shooting and editing (vertical/short-form focus essential).
- Strong on-camera presence and comfort hosting or appearing naturally.
- Proficiency with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects (basic), or equivalents.
- Sharp eye for composition, lighting, pacing, humor, and clear, engaging storytelling.
- In-depth knowledge of current social media trends, formats, and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
- Self-starter who excels independently but collaborates seamlessly in a fast-paced team.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to experiment and iterate.
