Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Success Engineer to support client onboarding, assist with troubleshooting technical issues, and help ensure customers successfully adopt the company's platform. This role provides strong learning opportunities in both technical problem-solving and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the technical onboarding and setup for new clients.
- Support troubleshooting for customer technical issues.
- Work with senior team members to improve product adoption.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to document issues and feedback.
- Help maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 02 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or customer success roles.
- Communication skills

- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of SaaS platforms
- Technical documentation
- Familiarity with support tools, ticketing systems, or documentation platforms.
