Job Description


We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team at BeOn.
The ideal candidate should have up to one year of experience in customer support or a related role, with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.

Up to 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Call Center.

Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Resolving customer issues and escalating when needed.

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Documenting customer interactions accurately.

Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Employment Details:

Branch: Nasr City
Days off: Friday and Saturday
