Role Overview
We are looking to hire Junior Designers to join our dynamic creative team. These roles will play a key part in supporting campaign design, brand initiatives, and visual storytelling across noon's platforms. You will collaborate with senior designers, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver high-quality creative assets that engage our customers.
Depending on the level of experience, your responsibilities will range from hands-on design execution to supporting senior designers in campaign planning and creative development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visuals for campaigns, social media, website, and other marketing materials.
- Support senior designers in designing layouts, banners, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and content to deliver impactful creative.
- Revise and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and senior team members.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 03 years of experience in a design role (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong sense of visual composition, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
