Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior digital marketer to support our online marketing operations. This role involves analyzing our social media interactions, collaborating with the media buyer, conducting competitor research, and assisting in creating internal marketing strategies that align with our content and media plans.

- Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Basic design or video editing skills are a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily reports on customer interactions through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Coordinate with the media buyer to ensure we are targeting the right customer segments.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Support the development of internal marketing strategies based on data analysis.
- Help create and optimize content and media plans tailored to our target audience.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling social media content.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.).
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
