We are Hiring Junior Digital Marketing & Content Creator Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, performance-driven Junior Digital Marketing & Content CreatorSpecialist who will be fully responsible for all social media platforms, social media, media buying, content planning, production coordination, and online communication alignment.
This role combines strategy, execution, analytics, and creative direction. The ideal candidate must be able to manage the entire social ecosystem from idea to performance report.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Social Media Management
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with business goals
Create and manage content calendars
Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand communication
Align all online marketing activities and communication
2. Media Buying (Social Platforms Only)
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok (social only no website/programmatic ads)
Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance
Optimize campaigns based on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROAS)
Conduct A/B testing and continuous performance improvements
3. Content Strategy & Creation
Develop creative content strategies based on trends and audience insights
Create detailed content plans and campaign briefs
Shoot mobile content when required
Edit reels and short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes
4. Photoshoots & Creative Direction
Develop mood boards for campaigns and content shoots
Plan and coordinate photoshoots from concept to execution
Work closely with photographers, videographers, and designers
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity
5. Reporting & KPI Management
Define KPIs for each platform and campaign
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Analyze insights and provide clear improvement recommendations
Track growth metrics across all platforms
Required Skills :-
Proven experience in social media management and media buying
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
Reel editing and short-form video production skills
Mobile shooting capability
Ability to build structured content plans and KPI reports
Strong analytical mindset
Creative thinking with strong storytelling ability
Excellent organization and communication skills
