Job Description
The Junior Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence and community engagement. You'll be working closely with our creative and analytical teams, helping to elevate our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This position offers a unique opportunity to put your skills to the test and make a tangible impact on our marketing efforts.
- Execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including creating Reels, Stories, and optimizing publishing workflows.
- Manage paid and organic content calendars, craft creative briefs, conduct asset reviews, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all channels.
- Oversee influencer operations end-to-end: sourcing, vetting, briefing, approving content, tracking usage rights, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Handle community management, including sentiment monitoring, DMs, and developing audience engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, Meta, and other relevant platforms to drive campaign optimization.
