Role Summary:
As a Junior Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, you will support the day-to-day execution of our inclusion programs. In the fast-paced world of a BPO, you will be the bridge between our diverse workforce and our corporate goals. You'll help coordinate events, maintain our D&I data, and support our internal communities to ensure every employee, from the front line to the back office, feels seen and heard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Organize and execute the logistics for cultural celebrations, workshops, and Town Hall segments (e.g., managing invites, room bookings, or virtual platforms).
- Administrative Support: Maintain the D&I calendar and act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding inclusion initiatives.
- Data Entry & Tracking: Assist in gathering demographic data for monthly reports. You'll help track the pulse of the company through surveys and participation rates.
- Content Creation: Help draft internal newsletters, Slack/Teams announcements, and posters that promote D&I themes and awareness dates.
- ERG Assistance: Attend Employee Resource Group (ERG) meetings to take notes, track their budgets, and help them organize their monthly activities.
- Audit Support: Help the senior team review job descriptions and internal communications for inclusive language.
Job Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in D&I, HR, Communications, or Social Sciences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is a must.
