We're hiring a fresh graduate engineer to support event production and operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in event build, site execution, and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support booth/build production planning (measurements, drawings, and execution requirements)
- Assist with on-site operations: setup, installation, troubleshooting, dismantling
- Coordinate with suppliers and workshop/fabrication teams on materials and timelines
- Help prepare material lists, basic cost estimations, and execution checklists
- Ensure quality and safety standards during installations
- Support post-event reporting and documentation
Requirements
- Fresh graduate (or 01 year experience) in a relevant engineering field such as:
- Civil / Architectural / Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronics (or similar)
- Interest in events production, booths, and on-ground execution
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on-site and handle tight timelines
- Basic skills in AutoCAD / SketchUp are a plus
