We are seeking a motivated Junior Exploration Geologist to support ongoing mineral exploration programs across copper, gold, and other base/precious metal projects globally. The role will focus on geological data collection, interpretation, and supporting exploration activities from early-stage prospecting through to resource definition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, validation, and interpretation of geological data (drilling, sampling, mapping).
- Support logging of core (diamond drilling) and chip samples (RC drilling) ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Compile and manage geological datasets using industry-standard software.
- Contribute to geological modelling, target generation, and exploration planning.
- Conduct fieldwork including mapping, sampling, and drill program supervision when required.
- Ensure QA/QC protocols are followed for sampling and data integrity.
- Prepare technical reports, maps, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior geologists and multidisciplinary teams on exploration strategies.
- Maintain strong adherence to HSE standards during field activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in mineral exploration (copper, gold preferred).
- Exposure to drilling programs (RC and/or Diamond Drilling).
- Familiarity with geological software such as Leapfrog, Surpac, Datamine, or similar.
- Strong understanding of geological data management and QA/QC processes.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in remote field environments.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Experience with geological modelling and resource estimation support.
- Exposure to multi-commodity exploration environments.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural project teams.
