Hiring: Junior Field Sales Representative

Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (40 hours/week)

Days Off: Friday and Saturday

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: SAR 6,0008,000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

Our client company is hiring two (2) Junior Sales Representatives to help grow their marketplace by onboarding landlords onto the company. This is a field-based role where you will do outbound calls, schedule meetings, conduct site visits, and convince landlords to sign agreements to list their properties/projects on their platform.

You will work closely with the Founder and be among the first hires, so they're looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage landlords, property owners, and developers to introduce the platform
  • Conduct daily cold calls (3040/day) and follow-ups to build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Source new projects through field visits and site inspections across Riyadh (company car provided)
  • Schedule and lead online and in-person meetings with prospective clients
  • Present the platform, explain features, handle objections, and close agreements
  • Collect, verify, and confirm listing and project details post-signing
  • Upload and onboard signed projects via the admin panel, coordinating with internal teams
  • Submit weekly reports on pipeline activity, site visits, meetings, and closed deals

Qualifications

  • Saudi national currently based in Riyadh (or willing to work in Riyadh)
  • 13 years of experience in one or more of the following:

Residential real estate sales, brokerage, or leasing

Sales / business development (Field Sales preferred or SaaS sales)

Call center or telesales (with strong conversion ability)

PropTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or startup sales environments

  • Strong Arabic communication skills (required) with confident presentation ability
  • Strong command of English is a plus
  • Extroverted, high initiative, ambitious, and target-driven
  • Comfortable with daily calls and site visits
  • Able to learn a platform quickly and explain it clearly to clients
