About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join our growing finance team in Dubai. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide actionable insights.
- Assist department heads in tracking and managing costs.
- Build and maintain financial models (cash flow, forecasting, business cases).
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Analyze key performance indicators including revenue, margins, operating costs, EBITDA, and cash flow.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide data-driven insights.
- Maintain financial data integrity and support reporting automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable financial inputs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 01 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables; financial modeling skills preferred).
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems or BI tools is an advantage.
- Professional certification is mandatory: Candidate must be qualified or actively pursuing a recognized professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, ambitious, and eager to grow
