Position Overview
The Finance Analyst is responsible for the integrity of our management control systems and the precision of our financial forecasting. You will act as a strategic partner to various departments, ensuring that financial transactions, systems, and procedures comply with international accounting principles and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Execute and update the Company Annual Budget. Support the preparation and rigorous monitoring of rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Deviation Analysis: Monitor budget deviations and perform root-cause analysis to provide management with a clear understanding of financial performance.
- Profitability Monitoring: Support the tracking of business profitability based on weekly data, ensuring rapid response to operational shifts.
Management Controlling & Reporting:
- KPI Analysis: Supervise and analyze Internal Management information with a specialized focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports for local Management and the TP Group, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and regulatory filings.
- Closing Activities: Support and execute monthly and annual closing activities with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Strategic Advisory & Compliance:
- Cash Flow Management: Analyze revenues, liabilities, and credit conditions to forecast short, medium, and long-term cash flow positions.
- Regulatory Oversight: Advise management on the impact of laws and regulations on financial operations; ensure all tax returns and declarations are submitted accurately.
- Process Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative methods and imaginative solutions to optimize departmental workflows.
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Degree: Higher Education Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years of proven professional experience in a similar financial analysis or controlling role.
- Language: Minimum B2 English proficiency (written and spoken) is required for interaction within the global TP Group.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Software: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Expert-level MS Excel is mandatory).
- Systems: Proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is highly preferred.
- Competencies: Strong analytical ability, sound professional judgment, and exceptional time management skills to handle multiple reporting cycles.
