Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior - Level Finance Assistant to support our finance team in our KSA market. The ideal candidate will assist with financial transactions, record-keeping, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in finance and gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Enter and update financial data in accounting software.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Help ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Maintain organized financial documents and records.
  • Assist with any other finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Supporting the set up of financial and operational processes in KSA

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant coursework).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Based in Riyadh

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship or experience in bookkeeping, finance, or accounting (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
