Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior - Level Finance Assistant to support our finance team in our KSA market. The ideal candidate will assist with financial transactions, record-keeping, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in finance and gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and statements.
- Enter and update financial data in accounting software.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Help ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Maintain organized financial documents and records.
- Assist with any other finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Supporting the set up of financial and operational processes in KSA
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant coursework).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Native Arabic speaker
- Based in Riyadh
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or experience in bookkeeping, finance, or accounting (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
