Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their accounting career and eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to day-to-day financial operations. The Junior Finance Executive will support accounting processes, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting Tasks

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist with expense tracking and employee reimbursements

Month-End & Reporting

• Support month-end closing activities
• Prepare journal entries
• Assist in generating financial reports and statements
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Compliance & Audit Support

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies
• Assist with external and internal audit requests
• Support tax preparation activities and regulatory filings

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 02 years of accounting or finance experience (internships count)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication
