Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly analysis on key financial statement accounts
- Review and analyze P&L's and general ledger account balances to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
- Analyzing previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies.
- Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budget.
- Record of the relevant historical data for the analysis purpose, which might impact the financials of the corporate entity.
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
