Job Description

Support core human resource operations including recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle administration, documentation control, compliance tracking, payroll assistance, and internal communication. Ensure process accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate tracking records.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Manage onboarding documentation and orientation scheduling.

2. Employee Records & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical).
  • Track probation periods, confirmations, and contract renewals.
  • Manage leave records and attendance data.
  • Update HRIS with accurate employee information.

3. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll data preparation.
  • Verify attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Support processing of reimbursements and benefits documentation.

4. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure documentation aligns with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in maintaining statutory records.
  • Support audit preparation when required.

5. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Support internal announcements and HR communications.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Address routine HR queries and escalate complex issues.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave summaries).
  • Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers.
  • Support HR documentation standardization and updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 02 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
