Job Summary:
Dutco Interiors is looking for a Junior HSE Officer with experience in the construction industry to join our team. The role involves supporting the HSE team in implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures on construction sites.
Job Responsibility
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures on construction sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in investigating accidents or incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Conduct HSE inductions and training for site workers
- Keep abreast of any changes in HSE regulations and ensure the company&aposs compliance
- Assist in promoting a culture of safety and awareness among all employees
Candidate Requirements
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering is a must
- Certification in HSE (e.g. NEBOSH) is a plus
- Proven experience working in HSE within the construction industry
- Knowledge of local HSE regulations and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
